Douglas Scott

Founded in 1994, Manteca Youth Focus (MYF) is a non-profit youth scholarship and leadership organization. Our mission is to provide educational scholarships, leadership training, and volunteer service opportunities for youth between the ages of 10-20 from throughout the greater Manteca community, which includes Manteca, Lathrop, Ripon, French Camp, Weston Ranch and River Islands.

Our mission is to develop young leaders in the pursuit of higher education, development of personal talents, and service throughout the community. These invaluable life skills help young people to become the finest generation in hopes of a brighter tomorrow. Our motto, “Reaching for the Stars,” is the philosophy we instill in all young individuals. In pursuit of these “stars” our past accomplishments serve as stepping stones towards new, more challenging goals.
